Empowering Young People
To Change Their Lives

Mindfields is a self-regulatory intervention that has been developed by staff at The University of Queensland to help young people take control of their lives and make important day-to-day decisions in a planned and thoughtful way. The program empowers young people to challenge their own actions, make informed choices about their behaviours, and create positive changes to their present situations.

This six week program is designed to help young people to achieve a short-term goal, while at the same time, helping them to think about their actions and choices and make better-informed decisions when faced with problems.
